How the Program Works

Sales Tracking: Once you sign up for the Pappy Program, your purchases are tracked in almost real time, with customers ranked based on their sales activity.
Fair Allocation: When our Pappy Van Winkle allocation arrives, the top customers in the program will have the chance to purchase bottles at fair, non-inflated retail prices.
Rewards-Based Program, Not a Lottery: This is a rewards-based program, not a lottery. Non-participants are not eligible for these rare bottles.

Allocation Process

Once we receive our Pappy allocation, all sales are frozen at the end of that day.
Customers are contacted in order of their rank. The highest-ranked customer gets the first selection. Once they’ve made their selection, we move on to the second-highest-ranked customer, and so on, until all bottles are claimed.
Each customer can choose one bottle from the available selection.
The Pappy Program allocates bottles separately from our allocation process for our bars and restaurants.
